Our online pricing is NOT inclusive of shipping.  We partner with All-Ways Trucking, an Oregon-based nationwide transportation company serving the United States, Canada, and Mexico, as well as international lanes, to ship our machines to all North American destinations. 

For residential addresses without loading docks, our trucks are equipped with heavy duty ramps to help our customers unload their machines with ease.  Due to liability, our truck drivers are not allowed to operate heavy equipment; hence, it is our customers' responsibility to offload their machines upon delivery. 

For Hawaiian & Puerto Rican customers, we partner with H2O Logistics from Carson, CA to provide turn-key shipping service (local pick up, containerization, ocean freight, and final ground delivery) from our Long Beach, CA facility to your island's home address.

Upon payment clearance, we will arrange all freight booking, yard loading, and delivery to your final address.  Our hours of operation at Long beach, CA facility are Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 03:30 PM (except for national holidays and weekends). 

Due to the current state of our economy with rising inflation, surging fuel prices, and labor shortage, LTL shipping cost has been on the rise since March 2021.  Please refer to our shipping estimate tab below for current rates as of January 2024.  For pricing accuracy, please provide us with your zip code.  We also offer PRICE MATCH program on shipping costs.  If you can find any licensed, bonded, insured, and experienced carriers who can deliver for less, we will match their price!

New way to kick the tires! Fun fact. More than 95% of our customers have bought our excavators sight unseen.  All of our machines are individually captured with (36) to (42) high-resolution photos and one 4-minute demonstration video.  We guarantee that "what you see is what you get" since we never recycle photography and videography across our listings.  We have also invested much efforts in researching original manufacturers' equipment specifications (working range, engine details, dimensions, ...) so you do not have to.  Our customers make their buying decisions solely based on our provided data & photography.  Having said that, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have additional questions or concerns.  Also, you are more than welcome to visit our yard to inspect the equipment before making any purchase decisions. 

Reserve your machine! Happy with what you see? We are glad to hear! Our gorgeous website is fully capable of processing your order (or pre-order) online.  The first step is to ensure that you reserve the machine on your name so that it will not be listed on the open market.  We only require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000.  We take your privacy and payment information confidentiality seriously, so we partner with PayPal, an industry-leading payment processor, to securely process your reservation deposit online.  You can also use Venmo or your credit/ debit card to pay for this deposit via our website if you do not have a PayPal account. 

Paying for your machine! After you successfully reserve the machine, our system will send over an order (or pre-order) confirmation to your email within 24 hours.  A sales invoice will follow shortly with your order details and payment instructions.  Remaining balance plus sales tax (applicable for California customers) is due via bank wire transfer within 48 hours (if the equipment is in stock) or 3 business days before ship date (if the equipment is arriving soon).  If you are not familiar with wire transfer, this article from JP Morgan Chase here explains it in greater details.  Electronic wire transfer has been a norm in the heavy equipment industry for large transactions, and many banks & credit unions offer it at minimal cost ($40 or less).  If you bank with JP Morgan Chase, you can elect to make a direct deposit instead to avoid wire transfer fees since we also bank with them! 

We also accept cash payment! If you prefer an "on-the-spot transaction" via cash or cashier's check, we will schedule our sales team member to meet with you in person to assist you at our yard in Long Beach, CA 90813.  Please be aware that a combined sales tax rate (state, district, and local) of 10.25% (current as of January 2023) is applied to the order total if you wish to purchase and pick up the equipment at our yard in Long Beach, CA.  

Time to ship your machine! After the final payment is cleared by our banking system, we will promptly email you a release form with your order information, your contact information, and your preferred freight carrier (if applicable).  This form is used by our yard crew to assist you with complimentary forklift loading assistance and to permit equipment release from our facility.  If you prefer to get your equipment shipped by us, we will coordinate all truck booking, check-in, and delivery on your behalf so you can enjoy a turn-key experience.  All you have to do is to pay our trucking partner directly over the phone.  We never mark up freight costs and resell shipping service to our customers! 

We offer temporary storage until ship date! We allow complimentary storage up to 7 calendar days from the date of full payment settlement and when the machine becomes available.  Storage fees will apply beyond this grace period at $20.00 per-calendar-day rate for a maximum of 15 calendar days.  All equipments will be stored outdoor, and we are not held responsible for any weather-related damages or issues related to storing your equipment in the elements.  If your equipment needs longer storage time for financing application approval or export logistics arrangements, please let us know so we can waive storage fees! 

For your peace of mind, all of our reconditioned excavators come with 30-calendar-day part warranty upon delivery. We are a registered California LLC business entity with a valid seller's permit (our seller permit number is 219894272).  Thus, our California customers are required to pay all applicable state, district, and local sales tax, unless a valid tax exemption or resale certificate is provided.  Sales tax is calculated based on delivery destination.  We reserve the right to charge any and all applicable taxes as required by local jurisdictions. 

For non-California buyers who pay for a licensed, independent, third-party freight carrier or freight broker to ship the purchased equipment to your non-California address, California sales taxes are exempt as long as a proper bill of lading is provided from the buyer's freight carrier.  However, if any out-of-state buyers decide not to use a third-party shipper, and wish to pick up the equipment in person at our yard, applicable California & Long Beach combined sales tax rate of 10.25% will be applied as described above without any exceptions.

Due to Supreme Court ruling in favor of South Dakota on June 21, 2018 on the landmark sales tax case of South Dakota v. Wayfair, an online seller must collect and remit sales tax on any sales delivered to a particular state where such seller have established a physical or economic nexus.  Please be aware that as of January 2024, we have not established any physical or economic nexuses with any states outside of California.  Hence, it is a significant saving for out-of-state customers who purchase equipment from our California yard because no sales tax will be collected.  However, once we establish an economic nexus with any states, applicable sales tax will be collected on every sale made to that state.

We offer a variety of excavator attachments such as digging buckets (dirt teeth or rock teeth), smooth edge cleaning buckets, and root rate buckets.  However, please be aware that we do not fabricate buckets in Long Beach, CA.  All of our manufacturing takes place overseas; thus, it only makes sense economically and logistically to ship your extra buckets with your machine in the same container as well as on the same truck from Long Beach, CA to your home address.  We offer standard width sizes of 12", 18", 24", 30", and 36" for $650, $750, $850, $950, and $1,050, respectively (applicable for teeth, smooth edge, skeleton, or root rake styles).  We also offer a standard size ripper tooth for $850.  In addition, please note that we ONLY offer these buckets at these pricing above if you pre-order your machine at least 5 business days before it is scheduled to depart Japan.  Pricing includes new bucket & teeth, installation labor cost, and ocean shipping to Long Beach, CA.  All of our buckets are pin-on style and are NOT made to work with quick couplers.
